There’s no quicker way to warp your perception of what a “fast” car truly is than by stepping from your Golf into a Lamborghini—or pretty much any supercar, for that matter. Some of us are lucky enough to drive one or two in our lifetimes, but Jeremy, James, and Richard were breathing rarefied, supercar-rich air during their tenure on Top Gear. It seemed like every week they were tearing up the Dunsfold Aerodrome with the latest offering from Ferrari or McLaren.

The firetruck-red 2019 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Rubicon that sits in the MotorTrend garage is arguably the most off-road-capable factory vehicle in the world, and I’ve finally gotten the opportunity to break free from the pavement and start to get it properly filthy.

The masterminds at Koenigsegg have once again demonstrated the ferocious capabilities of their carbon-fiber hypercars, sending a Regera from zero to 400 kph (249 mph) and back to zero in record time.
First, some background. The Bugatti Chiron—commonly considered something of a fast car—was once measured to accelerate to 400 in 32.6 seconds, and decelerate to a stop in 9.3 seconds, for a 0-400-0 kph time of 41.96 seconds.
Angelholm then went on to fully trounce Molsheim in an Agera RS in 2017. With a 0-400 time of 26.88 seconds, and a 400-0 time of 9.65 seconds, the 0-400-0 kph run was completed in 36.44 seconds.
Apparently, that wasn’t good enough for Koenigsegg, so it took the Regera to the runway at Råda airfield in Sweden. There, it accelerated to the top speed in 22.87 seconds, and slammed to a standstill in 8.62 seconds. The total 0-400-0 kph [...]
Special editions have proven to be pretty popular among Silverado buyers, and with a new generation already rolling on the streets, Chevy is bringing back the popular Midnight and Rally editions to the 2020 Silverado 1500. The trucks were shown for the first time at the State Fair of Texas, and they both add dark treatments for those who want their truck to stand out.
The 2020 Silverado 1500 Midnight Edition is offered on the LT Trail Boss and Custom Trail Boss trims, and brings a more rugged appearance to the off-road-focused truck. As its name suggests, the Midnight Edition features an all-black theme, with black 18-inch wheels, badges, grille, bumpers, exhaust tips, steps, and the legendary bowtie. The recovery hooks are untouched, and they are distinguished by their bright red color.

The 2020 Nissan Titan receives a significant refresh that brings both cosmetic and mechanical updates. This week, the spruced-up truck is making its official debut at the State Fair of Texas.
In terms of exterior design, the Titan receives new headlights with revised LED daytime running light patterns, as well as a new front bumper, foglights, and wheel designs. PRO-4X models get a blacked-out grille while the SL and Platinum Reserve get a satin chrome one. To further distinguish the PRO-4X and Platinum Reserve trims, Nissan gave them a black and satin chrome tailgate, respectively. Nissan also says that the new LED headlights and daytime running lights on higher trims of the 2020 Titan pickup are brighter than before.
